And of course the road network provides easy access to Amsterdam for those keen to travel by car or coach.

Culture and fun bring Holland to life. It is easy to see why Amsterdam is a perennial favourite. An intimate city with canals lined with attractive houses, picturesque squares and a relaxed atmosphere, the visitor instantly warms to Amsterdam. Easily accessible on foot- or hired cycle – the city has many attractions to visit including the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, Anne Franks house and why not take a cruise along one of the historic canals. If you are looking for a lively time then the action can be found in the busy nightlife squares, Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein.
Rotterdam
Rotterdam is a more modern city with many design-led buildings. A visit to the former warehouses of Westelijk Handelsterrein fully restored and housing galleries, shops and many great bars and restaurants. The city has gained the reputation of being Holland’s culinary capital and also boasts Cafe de Witte which has been voted the World’s best bar. A visit to either Amsterdam or Rotterdam will be a real experience.
